At Volunteering Solutions, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility and peace of mind to our volunteers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and accommodating, ensuring you can commit to your volunteering journey with confidence.
1. Full Refund Guarantee
If you decide to cancel your booking within 48 hours of making your application payment, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies provided your program start date is more than 30 days away.
2. Unlimited Program and Date Changes
You can make changes to your program, destination, duration and dates upto 45 days before program start date without penalty.
3. Partial Refunds
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your program start date, you will receive a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable costs such as application fees, bank transfer fees, or administrative charges.
4. Program Changes or Cancellations by Volunteering Solutions
In the rare event that Volunteering Solutions cancels or significantly changes a program, you will be offered the choice of a full refund, a credit for future travel, or the option to transfer to an alternative program.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, our refund policy will be adjusted to reflect the situation. We will work with you to provide options such as program credits, rescheduling, or partial refunds, depending on the circumstances.
6. Non-Refundable Costs
Please note that certain costs, such as application fees, bank transfer fees, and any insurance amount paid are non-refundable under all circumstances once your booking confirmation is done and uploaded to your account.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our team with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
