India Volunteering & Cultural Experience
A ten day journey in India that blends both volunteering and traveling offers participants with an engaging, meaningful, and impactful opportunity to explore India. Encompassing trips to the monumental sites of Delhi, Jaipur and Agra which includes the Taj Mahal, Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb amongst others will ensure that participants get to travel as they volunteer for a local street children project.
India has a large number of children living on the streets and in poverty who do not have access to proper shelter, education, health, and parental care. The street children project is designed to address these inadequacies and uses the help of enthusiastic and sincere volunteers to reach out to these children at the local shelter/informal education center. Participants during the course of their volunteering, work in a local shelter/center and assist in activities such as teaching, carrying out administrative duties, and designing interactive lessons/games for the children at the shelter. Special art and craft sessions are also arranged in order to redecorate the center and engage more deeply with the children.
Spanning over ten days, the program aims to optimize the experience of an authentic and responsible traveling experience to India.

The minimum group size for the expedition is 10 members.

Indonesia Bali & Gili Trawangan Trip
This fun trip is ideal for groups and includes volunteering activity in Ubud as well as other activities exploring the beautiful island of Bali and Gili Trawangan. The itinerary can be fully customised depending on the requirements of the group.
Day 1: Denpasar arrival – Ubud

Welcome to Indonesia! Arrive Denpasar Airport (DPS). Transfer over to your accommodation in Ubud. Ubud is Bali’s artistic heart and the center of cultural events. Surrounded by a beautiful rural landscape it is easy to see where the artists find their inspiration. This is a great place for buying special mementos in many small shops and galleries. For those wishing to know more about Balinese art, a visit to one of the local museums will provide some fascinating insight. Cultural events such as ceremonies, dances and temple festivals occur frequently and Ubud, which has many good restaurants where you can enjoy simple Balinese or European food. Ubud is also the center for studying Yoga in Bali. Welcome dinner with the group at one of the famous local restaurants.
Day 2: Ubud Volunteering

After breakfast, it’s now time to make a positive impact! You will spend the day getting involved with a community service project at a local NGO which takes care of people with special needs! Get involved in their teaching classes, or help with craft activities, painting, gymnastics or whatever else is going on in their learning centre. The local teachers will guide you and this is a truly rewarding and beneficial experience to this NGO. The session will be split into two groups, so go either in the morning or afternoon.
Day 3: Full Day Tour to visit Gitgit Waterfall & Ulun Danu Beratan Lake

A day of exploring Bali’s hidden treasures deep in the forests of central Bali – this one is bound to take your breath away! Marvel at the cascading waters of Git Git Waterfall (the tallest waterfall in Bali, our guide will lead you to its finest vantage points, ensuring you don't waste time searching for the waterfalls. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters if you desire. Next visit is to enjoy the view at Bratan Lake in the afternoon. It’s set at lakeside of Beratan with beautiful view and hills surround it also cool atmosphere and hills as a backdrop. Back to hotel.
Day 4: Transfer Ubud – P. Bai – fast boat to Gili Trawangan

Today you will be transferred to Padang Bai harbour for your fast boat trip today to Gili Trawangan. Welcome to paradise!
Gili Trawangan is part of the Gili Islands archipelago just off the northwest coast of Lombok. Although it measures only 3 km long and 2 km wide, it’s the largest of the three Gili Islands and the only one to rise significantly above sea level. The island has many accommodations, restaurants, and dive shops and is known as a party island, where mostly young people stay. There are no motorized vehicles on the island and local transport is only by bicycle or horse and cart.
Day 5: Gili Trawangan - Biorock Snorkel Tour

Explore the underwater world and artificial coral reef restoration project. This tour is around 1,5hours starting at the Gili Eco Trush eco shop. Here you will watch a short documentary on how Gili Eco Trush build the structures and why they need them to protect the reefs around Gili Islands. It’s a short walk from Gili Eco Trush eco shop down to the sea, where you will swim out 50 meters to see the first solar powered Biorocks and the Vintage Vespa scooters (be sure to bring a camera if you have one, to ride Gilis only motorbikes!)
Day 6: Gili Trawangan

Day 7: Gili Trawangan – Kuta

Breakfast at the hotel. Take a fast boat to go back to Bali and transfer to your hotel in Kuta.
Kuta is a beach and resort town in the south of Bali with a jumping nightlife that lies just north of Ngurah Rai International Airport. It was one of the first towns in Bali to see tourist development and is best known for its Indian Ocean surfing and party-centric atmosphere. Kuta's long, consistent waves make it one of the island’s most popular surf spots, particularly beginners, and plenty of outfitters offer board rentals and surf lessons. Along the length of its long sandy beach visitors can find a wide range of different accommodations, many restaurants and bars.
Day 8: Surfing Lesson & Tanah Lot Temple

Breakfast at the hotel. Our team will pick you up for a Surf lesson in the morning to catch some waves, or if surfing isn't your preference, you can opt to bask in the sun on pristine white sandy beaches and take a refreshing swim in the sea. A delectable lunch awaits you at a local restaurant. Followed with lunch, then seize the opportunity to witness the captivating sunset at the renowned 'Tanah Lot Temple,' often referred to as the temple on water. Drive back to hotel, free evening at leisure.
Day 9: Kuta – Free day – Farewell dinner

Vietnam Physiotherapy Placement in Vietnam
Our phsyiotherapy placement is highly recommended for physio students looking to gain hands on exposure of working in a developing country. The physiotherapy placement takes place in a treatment and rehabilitation center for children and veterans affected by the consequences of the Vietnam War. The center also provides the veterans’ children with special and integrating education, vocational training education and creates the favorable conditions for them in reintegrating into the communities.
The center is home to more than 100 disabled children, most of whom have both mental and physical disabilities. They require both basic and extensive treatments, as well as vocational training from the center.
Participants role initially will involve observing local healthcare staff and therapists to better understand common practices and attitudes towards the injured and disabled in the developing world. Students then assist with tasks such as capacity building, devising short and long-term therapy plans, implementing exercise programs for patients, and more.

Our exceptional oral health placement program allows dental students to carry out dental care for children in rural community of Cambodia. Students are accompanied by experts who have the adequate background in providing children healthcare programs, including dental care.

Vietnam Volunteering & Cultural Experience in Northern Vietnam
This itinerary offers a rich blend of cultural immersion, volunteer work, and scenic exploration. Participants will engage in meaningful volunteer projects at Friendship Village, supporting children and veterans affected by Agent Orange through educational activities, herbal garden work, and recreational games. The trip includes a city tour of Hanoi, with visits to landmarks like the Museum of Ethnology and Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, and a day trip to the ancient village of Duong Lam to experience traditional Vietnamese culture. Tanzania Community Service and Adventure
This itinerary offers a balanced mix of cultural immersion, volunteering, and sightseeing in Tanzania. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, participants will be welcomed by the Volunteering Solutions team and stay in a volunteer house in Arusha. The second day includes an orientation, city tour, and a welcome dinner.
From Day 3 to Day 7, volunteers will be divided into groups based on their focus area: Early Learning students will volunteer at a nursery school or children’s home, while Healthcare and Social Care students will gain valuable experience at hospital placement. Some volunteers may also participate in renovation and refurbishment activities, such as painting murals at project sites.
On Days 8 and 9, volunteers will enjoy a sightseeing trip, which includes visiting coffee plantations, learning about the indigenous Chagga tribe, hiking to Materuni Waterfalls, and swimming in Kilimanjaro’s tallest waterfall. There will also be a visit to a Maasai village, offering a unique cultural experience.
From Day 10 to Day 14, volunteers will continue their project work at the respective placements. Early years students will continue with children’s projects, while healthcare students continue at the hospital. Some may also work with children with special needs.
On Day 15, volunteers will depart for their return flight, concluding the program.
