Trip Overview

This tour gives you an opportunity to see the great glimpses of ancient and holy India. Varanasi is considered as one of the holiest city in India. It is one of the oldest living cities in the world. Located on the Ganges, Varanasi is home to numerous temples, ashrams and ghats.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1 – Delhi-Varanasi (by train) (by overnight train)
Transfer from Delhi to Varanasi by air conditioned train.Arrive at Varanasi Railway station in the afternoon and transfer to your pre-booked hotel and check-in. In the evening get ready to enjoy Ganga Aarti on the bank of the river Ganges. You can see the Ganga Arti in the evening. Night stay at Hotel in Varanasi.

Day 2 – Varanasi 
Early morning at 05 am, get ready to take a boat ride on the Ganges. You can see the all famous Ghats of Varanasi by boat. After the boat ride, you can visit the most important religious Kashi Vishwanath temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakhi Temple, Kal Bhairaw temple, and come back to the hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, you can visit the City tour – Durga Temple (Monkey Temple), Tulsi Manas mandir, Sankatmochan Temple, New Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Kala Bhawan (Entry Fee paid by Guest), Bharat Mata Mandir and back to the hotel for Lunch.

After lunch, you can visit Sarnath, where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. Other attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha Stupa Chaukhandi stupa, and the archaeological museum. After sunset, you can watch the light and sound Program at Chaukhndi Stupa (Entry Fee paid by Guest) and back to the hotel. Night stay at hotel in Varanasi.

Meals Included : Breakfast

Day 3 – Varanasi / Varanasi-Delhi (by overnight train)
After breakfast, you can visit ghats if you could not visit them on day 2. You can also visit local markets. 
Check out from the hotel. After lunch, back to Varanasi railway station to take your train back to Delhi. Reach Delhi late at night and transfer to your accommodation in Delhi.

• 2 nights and 3 days accommodation in Varanasi on sharing basis  
• Car for local sightseeing and transfers
• English speaking guide at Varanasi for 2 days

Itinerary can be changed during the tour due to operational reasons. All activities are subject to be operational due to any conditions, circumstances or weather. Sightseeing services and any other services may be partially or fully canceled and/or amended due to bad weather, heavy rains, natural calamities, local conditions, strikes, political reasons and/or due to any reasons beyond our control. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
