Visits to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater
Day 1 – Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast depart to Tarangire National Park. Full day game drive in Tarangire National Park. Tarangire has a diverse landscape, with nine vegetation zones. Ancient Baobab trees (the largest trees in Africa) dot the landscape dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River that meanders through the park attracts an abundance of wildlife, from elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, antelopes to a variety of colorful birds. The park is very famous for having the greatest elephant population in Tanzania, and during a safari there you will have the chance of quietly observing many families of elephants interacting. With a stop for a picnic lunch in an observatory inside the park where you will be able to view animals drinking water in the river (and many times lions attacking a thirsty zebra or wildebeest). Continue game viewing and finally return for dinner and overnight at MIGOMBANI CAMPSITE.

Day 2 – Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
On this day, you will depart from camp as the sun rises and start your 5 hour drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation area. You’ll have game drive en-route though Ndutu area where you’ll get the chance to see all the big five i.e., Lions, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopard and many other wild animals like Hippos, Zebras, Wildebeests, Cheetahs, Hyenas, Thomson Gazelles just to mention a few. By the time you pass by Mto Wa Mbu, a small local town, you will see the great walls of the rift-valley encroaching your view until you start going up along it. You’ll have a brief stop to see the view of lake Manyara from the top of the rift valley. Afterwards, similar brief view in the Ngorongoro as you pass through it, to see and digest how the landscape is miraculous will all the animals over 600 meters below you. An amazing scenery. Speaking of sceneries, also it’s the best thing about the Serengeti as well as you will arrive there before afternoon and enjoy the day and sunset over its plains. Stretched Savannah plains going as far as the eye can see. After late afternoon game drive, you’ll have dinner and overnight at the NYANI CAMP SITE.

Day 3 – Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today you will wake up very early to do an early morning safari before breakfast, to spot the animals when they are more active and to have a fantastic sun rise in front of you. The sunrise in the African Savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. After the game drive, return to the camp for brunch, followed by a transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world. With walls 2,000 ft high and a crater floor that spreads for 102 sq. miles, the crater is a virtual Noah's Ark, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wildlife in the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, a soda lake that, from the top, looks like steam, full of flamingoes, a forest and open plains. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusk, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. They are the most incredible elephants you'll ever see in any park. Arrival in Ngorongoro in the late afternoon dinner and overnight at SIMBA CAMPSITE.

Day 4 – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Descend 600m into this magnificent crater for a morning game drive. The Ngorongoro crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater. After finishing the activities with the tribe, we will drive to Arusha town.
