How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare?
All very Good. The staff were quick to reply to my queries.
Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
Really enjoyed working at the school, a little more direction in the beginning needed. Overall loved it.
Accommodation and meals
All excellent.I was made very comfortable , felt very safe and welcomed. My privacy was always maintained. Meals were also really good.
What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip?
The highlight of my trip was seeing the snow capped mountains of the Himalayas on my trek and during the volunteering I would get cheers and applause in every class I would go to.
Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no
YES.I definitely would.

What areas did you like about our website?
It is a very nice website. It's very good that you have your own account after you have applied.
How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare?
Very very nice ! When we sent an email , we always got a quick response.The Pre - departure booklet gave us more information and an image for what we can expect.
Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
I worked in Nairobi Language school as a teacher and I am happy that I was in this school.It was nice to help the teachers in the school in Kawangware.I enjoyed my time !
Accommodation and meals
Mercy, Esther and Felicia are so friendly.We could ask anything and they answered us politely.The food was OK. Mercy and Felicia cook very well.I also stayed at host family house in Masai land and there was very good service there as well.
What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip?
The children of the school,the nice people here in Kenya especially in the Masai land, the landscape in Masailand and the warmth of the people.
Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no
YES.There was nothing to worry about.Everything was good. Also the safari , Joe had everything there for us.

How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare?
Very good. Mails were answered very quickly and accurately.The Pre departure guide was very helpful.
Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
I enjoyed working at my placement. It was very nice to see how the clinics function in Kenya and I learned more about medicine.
Accommodation and meals
The accommodation was fantastic. Me and my friends really loved Mercy's meals. In the evening it was very cosy to be with other volunteers and the hosts.
What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip?
The highlight of my volunteering trip was assisting in a delivery which I had never done before.It was good that I had the opportunity to do lab work as well and assisting the doctors as well as nurses.Another highlight was to see the amazing landscape of Masai land and the amazing people there.

What areas did you like about our website?
The 'My Account' section was very helpful and the layout was very easy to navigate.

All of my emails were answered really quickly which was great ! The pre departure booklet was very informative , maybe a little too much information ! But very helpful.
Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
Yes - very much ! Met some wonderful people and the centers I was at were really impressive.Feel very privileged to have been part of it.
Accommodation and meals
It was amazing to have air conditioning in the accommodation. I have very much enjoyed the food here.

Working with street children.Also meeting some incredible people here. Loved the trips with them !

How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare?
I thought that the Pre - Departure package was excellent.Very helpful and all questions answered.
Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
I loved my placement. The kids were all so welcoming.The staff also embraced us and were approachable about questions and help.
Accommodation and meals
Everything was great ! Especially the AC - very appreciated and the meals were a true highlight.The location of the house within close proximity to good markets is really helpful. I enjoyed the combination of volunteer house / homestay and had a fantastic experience.

I thought everyone was really approachable and helpful.
What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip?
I was really impressed by Jaipur since I did not know much about it before.I cannot pick one highlight though because really the kids and people have made the biggest and best impression I know I wont forget.

The staff , Sahil and Saurabh gave very detailed and prompt responses.The Pre departure booklet was good.
Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
Both Gyandeep school and Orphanage were excellent and fulfilling placements.I preferred working at the orphanage because I felt I could have made more of an impact on the kids.
Accommodation and meals
Bobby and his family have given me the most heartfelt welcome that I could ask for.Over the last 6 weeks I cannot think of a time I did not feel at home.The meals were AWESOME !
Coordinators
Both Bobby and Amit were awesome. I spent majority of my time with Bobby and through our conversations I developed a strong friendship with him.
